I think what upset people and put them off so much regarding the original poster's question was the part about calling this wonderful breed of dog a "mutt". By doing so, they were displaying their lack of knowledge regarding the Ocherese, which would have been solved by doing some reading here and getting to know this wonderful little breed of dog for the individual, special angels they are before they made such a dumb comment that was seen as insulting by several people here because they love their dogs so much. Whatever. That part didn't bother me NEAR as much as the part where they proclaimed themselves to be a "good person" at the same time they called the people here "a brood of vipers" (and by doing it in all caps, that would have been the same thing as screaming those words at the top of their lungs right into our faces if they had been standing in front of us! Not very nice, friendly, or Christian-like in this, the Christmas holiday season, I might add!). If they had REALLY been a "good person", they would owned the fact that they insulted a few people with their "mutt" comment (or whatever rubbed them the wrong way) and just let it all go. But by adding that "brood of vipers" comment, they were proving themselves to be just as mean as they were accusing everyone ELSE of being. I'm all for the First Amendment. Opinions are like . . . well, you know the old saying about everyone having one. But YOUR right to free speech doesn't come at the expense of MY right to free speech either. You just need to accept the fact that if you "open" yourself up to something, then whatever you get in return is most likely what you deserve. Period. Everyone's not going to agree 100% of the time so in order to get along with people, it's best to just learn to roll with things and try really hard to be the "good person" you actually THINK you are.

Merry Christmas to all my fellow Ocherese parents and their babies out there! Hope it's a really great one!
